Sioux Lookout, ON – The Municipality of Sioux Lookout wishes to update the public on the transfer of Municipal childcare services, as provided through the Biidaaban and Sioux Mountain childcare centres, to the Kenora District Services Board (“KDSB”).

As announced on September 17, 2021, the Municipality informed the public that it had entered into a “Transfer Agreement” with the KDSB wherein the KDSB would assume responsibility for the two Municipally-run Child Care centres on January 1, 2022.

Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, the Municipality of Sioux Lookout will be holding the following meetings electronically:
