RFQ No. Q018-2024 Invasive Asbestos Audit and Designated Substance Survey – Lost Lake Centre and the Hudson Community Centre

The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is requesting quotes for an invasive asbestos audit and designated substance survey for the Lost Lake Centre and Hudson Community Centre. The intent of this invasive asbestos audit and designated substance survey is to sample different building materials in each facility to determine if asbestos containing materials (ACM) and designated substances exist. All sampling and work to be completed in accordance with O Reg 278/05. The buildings may be demolished in the future, the findings of this survey will help to estimate the future costs of these demolitions.

Work must be completed no later than December 20, 2024.
