The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is accepting written donation requests from organizations for the 2023 budget year. If you are interested in submitting a request, please complete an Application form which can be obtained from our website: https://slkt.me/DonationRequest or the document can be picked up from the Customer Service Desk of the Municipal Office, 25 Fifth Avenue.
Deadline for submitting a request is Wednesday, January 18, 2023 @ Noon.
