Requests for Donations
The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is now accepting written donation requests from organizations for the 2026 budget year.
If you are interested in submitting a request, please complete an application form which can be downloaded from the Municipal website. (fillable PDF)
The form can also be picked up at the Customer Service Desk of the Municipal Office, 25 Fifth Avenue.
The deadline for submitting a request for the 2026 budget is Wednesday, December 31, 2025 @ Noon.
