The Sioux Lookout Municipal Airport offers flights to and from over 40 destinations in Canada and the United States. Flying is primary key mode of transportation in our area because many First Nations communities in our Far North are scattered and isolated and can only be accessed via air for most of the year.
Our airport is open 24/7 year-round, serving commercial passengers, providing freight services as well as emergency flight services including police, air ambulances and more. With 200 scheduled flights per week, our airport contributes to our reputation as the Hub of the North.
