T003-2026 Centennial Centre Heating and Air Conditioning System Replacement

The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is seeking tenders for replacing the HVAC system on the lower and main floors of the Centennial Centre, located at 54 Front Street in Sioux Lookout.

The Centennial Centre has experienced significant problems with its HVAC system since it was renovated in 2011. Numerous attempts to resolve many of these problems on a case by case basis have ultimately failed, either the problem persists or new issues arise.

The intent of this RFT is to install a system that is efficient, reliable and has access to parts and pieces when needed.

Bids will ONLY be accepted through the biddingo.com procurement platform until 3:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Site visits are recommended, but not mandatory, and may take place any time before the closing of this tender by contacting Jody Brinkman, Chief Building Official.

R005-2026 Wildland Fire Protection Plan

The Corporation of the Municipality of Sioux Lookout is seeking proposal for the supply and delivery of a Community Wildland Fire Protection Plan (CWFPP) in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions outlined in the bid document.
