R032-2026 – Municipal Water and Wastewater Operations Service
The Corporation of the Municipality of Sioux Lookout (the “Municipality”) invites proposals from experienced and qualified firms to act as the accredited Operating Authority and to provide the operational, maintenance, management, regulatory, emergency and related services set out in this RFP for the Municipality's water and wastewater systems (the “Services”).
The Municipality is seeking a long-term service provider with strong local or regional response capability, qualified operators, robust corporate backup, transparent financial controls, mature quality-management practices, strong records/data management and demonstrated experience working with municipalities during capital construction and commissioning.
Bids will only be accepted through Biddingo.com until Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
Q033-2026 - Snow Clearing and Sanding Services - Winter 2026-2027
The Municipality of Sioux Lookout invites quotations from experienced and qualified winter maintenance contractors to provide snow clearing, plowing, snow removal, sanding and related services for the 2026-2027 winter season. Services include municipal parking lots and facilities, urban roads, back lanes, sidewalks, pedestrian routes, walking trails, and related winter maintenance activities.
Quotations will be accepted until October 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Sealed submissions must be clearly marked RFQ Q033-2026 - Snow Clearing and Sanding Services - Winter 2026-2026 and delivered to:
