We’re looking for dedicated, community-minded individuals to join our department as Paid-Per-Call Firefighters. This is a rewarding opportunity to serve your community, build valuable skills, and be part of a strong, supportive team.
Firefighters are compensated on a per-call basis, with an hourly rate ranging from $21.87 to $32.87, based on step progression. Members are required to attend weekly training every Tuesday to maintain skills, readiness, and safety. Members must also be available to respond in a minimum timeframe.

What are we looking for?
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Physically fit - must be able to pass a medical exam
- Valid class G license, DZ preferred
- Eager to learn - training is provided
- Willing to attend calls for service day or night, in any weather

What will you be doing?
- Be a part of a team of dedicated firefighters
- Train every Tuesday evening
- Learn new skill and serve your community when they need you most
- Respond to calls (structure and brush fires, accidents, alarms, etc.)
- Educate the public
- Work to prevent fires
