R017-2026 Design and Tender Document Preparation for Leachate Collection System Rehabilitation and Access Road Construction at Hidden Lake Landfill
The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide design and tender document preparation services for improvements to the leachate collection system at the Hidden Lake Landfill.
This project involves installing a leachate collection piping system, re-establishing an existing leachate interceptor trench and finger trenches, and designing an all-weather access road to facilitate ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the system. The overall goal is to improve leachate management and ensure compliance with Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) requirements for landfill operation.
