Q032-2025 Yard Cleanup and Debris Removal to Achieve Property Standards Compliance

The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is seeking quotes for the removal of all debris, derelict vehicles, trailers, and construction materials to bring the properties into compliance with the Municipality of Sioux Lookout Property Standards By-law No. 20-98, and to ensure a clean, graded, and safe state.

Q031-2025 Building Code Compliance and Final Inspection Preparation

The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is seeking qualified contractors to complete construction and remedial work at three residential properties in order to bring them into compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and prepare them for final inspection and occupancy clearance.

The properties involved are:

  • 13 Highland Park (BP21051)
  • 67 Autumnwood Drive (BP21050)
