The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is seeking quotes for the following contracted service(s): Sioux Lookout Airport Generator Building Shingle Replacement.

Quotes must include:

• Detailed project timeline, including start and end dates. 
• Information on warranties or maintenance services provided. 
• References and examples of similar past projects. 
• Payment terms and schedule. 
• Site access and security requirements. 
• Environmental considerations. 
• Conflict of interest declaration. 
• Acknowledgment of any addenda issued. 
• Cost breakdown of the key project sections.

Quotes must be submitted either in electronic format (PDF) or as a typed printed copy. 

This Request for Quote (RFQ) creates no obligation on the part of the Municipality to award a contract. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any and all tenders, in whole or in part, and to negotiate in any manner necessary to best serve the interests of the project. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.

The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is seeking quotes for the following contracted service(s):

• Roof Replacement at Doc Moberly Pump Station Project Location: Honey Lane, Sioux Lookout, ON

The existing roofing system is well beyond its useful life expectancy and is showing visible signs of deterioration. Replacement of the roofing assembly is required to maintain the integrity of the building envelope and protect critical Municipal infrastructure housed within the facility.

The Municipality is requesting pricing for two (2) separate roofing system options. Contractors shall provide separate pricing for each option as outlined in the bid document (link below).
