The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is now accepting written donation requests from organizations for the 2026 budget year. If you are interested in submitting a request, please complete an Application form. The form can be picked up from the Customer Service desk at the Municipal Office, 25 Fifth Avenue, during office hours.
The deadline for submitting a request is Wednesday, December 31, 2025 @ Noon.
