Approximately 98 hectares of land is available for residential development along Highway 664 and fronting along Lost Lake just east of Hudson and within the Hudson Settlement Area. The property is legally described as Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4 on Plan 23R12031. The land is zoned Residential Shoreline (RS) and Rural Residential (RR); single-detached dwellings are permitted in the RS and RR Zones with a minimum lot area of 1 hectare and minimum frontage of 40 metres. Servicing would be private - septic with drilled well or lake water.

Electricity and telephone service is readily available to the site. A survey has been completed and registered. Any development will require a Grade-Level Railway Reconstruction or Relocation. A Stage Two Archaeological Assessment has been completed and is available on request.
