The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is hosting a Municipal Council and School Boards Candidate, and Third-Party Advertiser Information Session on Monday, April 20, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Sioux Lookout Recreation Centre, 85 King Street for interested candidates to receive information about running in the 2026 Municipal and School Boards Elections or to be a Third-Party Advertiser.
The Session will include a Presentation by Brian P. MacKinnon, CAO and Municipal Clerk and a representative from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
If you wish to attend the Candidate and Third-Party Advertiser Information Session, please complete the online registration form or visit our Customer Service Desk at the Municipal Office, 25 Fifth Avenue, Sioux Lookout to fill out the registration form.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Register no later than Friday, April 17th at Noon.
