Please be advised that Thursday, October 15, 2026, will be the final day of the 2026 construction season for the Municipality of Sioux Lookout Public Works Department.
Effective this date, the Municipality will cease all non-emergency excavation and utility connection work for the season.
Contractors with projects requiring water and sewer service connections are reminded that all tie-ins must be scheduled with the Municipality at least one (1) week in advance of the requested connection date.
To ensure work can be completed before the seasonal shutdown, all water and sewer connection work must be finished no later than Thursday, October 15, 2026.
