Sioux Lookout, ON – Sioux Lookout Council will have an extra item on the agenda at the July 16th Regular Council meeting – filling a vacant seat.
Councillor Luc Beaulne tendered his resignation on June 25th, citing personal reasons for the decision.
Mayor Doug Lawrance thanked Councillor Beaulne for his time serving on Council and that his contributions will be missed. We respect his decision and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Council will consider options for filling the vacant seat at the next Regular Council meeting on Wednesday, July 16th, 5:30 p.m., in Council Chambers.
