Sioux Lookout, ON – With 40.3% of eligible electors turning out to vote this year, the unofficial results are in!
In the mayoral race, Sioux Lookout residents have re-elected Doug Lawrance to serve his 4th term as Mayor.
On Council, incumbents Joan Cosco, Reece Van Breda, Joe Cassidy, and Darlene Angeconeb have been re-elected with strong support. They will be joined by two newly-elected Councillors, Bob Gould and Barb Molstad.
The unofficial results in the race for Mayor were:

Municipal Clerk, Brian P. MacKinnon, adds, “Official election results will be released later this week. We would like to congratulate everyone who came forward to run in this year’s election and look forward to working closely with the new Council in the weeks and years ahead.”
The newly-elected Council will be sworn in at the Inaugural Council meeting, Wednesday, December 2nd, starting at 5:30 p.m.
All School Trustees have been acclaimed. They include:
