PROJECT DESCRIPTION |
The project includes construction of a water distribution system and a sewage collection system to service the Sioux Lookout Airport and surrounding buildings. The extension of water and sewer services from existing tie-in points being; the existing booster station located on Fifth Ave for water and the existing sanitary pumping station on Carlbom Drive for sewer. From the tie-in points, the water and sewer will be installed along municipally owned (or via existing easement) property, then North-Easterly on privately held property (Ojibway Golf and Curling Club), then continuing North-Easterly onto Airport property, under the runway, past the Terminal Building, along the existing service road, then Northerly and Southerly, forming a connecting loop, creating a block of serviced Airside and Non-Airside Industrial and Commercial Lots. |
