Modern Wood Heating Pilot Program

Sioux Lookout and Area Wood Heat Exchange Program 

The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is offering wood heat appliance rebates to encourage residents and businesses to switch or supplement their oil or propane heating systems with wood or replace older wood heat appliances with new efficient ones. The program is being offered in Sioux Lookout, Hudson and Frenchmen's Head. 

The Wood Heat Exchange Program runs from May 1, 2018- December 2019, or until all funding is used. The program operates on a first come, first serve basis with one rebate per customer.
